Purpose To comply with the new REACH regulation it is required to submit to the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) extensive technical dossiers about each substance. For more than 2 decades the Members of EAC (European Aminocarboxylates Committee) have jointly worked to develop health & safety data and have participated in a number of international safety programmes. Given this, it was decided to form a consortium outside of the EAC sector group, with the purpose of registering under REACH most common materials covered by the association’s work in the past. Membership in the consortium does not grant any rights to data or information owned by EAC, and will not constitute any membership in EAC itself. Invitation Interested companies have to decide on several options to cooperate. These companies are invited to contact the consortium under info@chelating-agents.eu to get more information about those options. | ||||||
